Mods Gone Wild? Why all the locked threads?

I can understand threads being locked for obvious reasons (redundant, slanderous, trolling, etc). But, right now on page 1 of the Otter Farm, there are several threads locked, a few for no apparent reason. And is a single person starting multiple threads a valid reason to lock them all??

I think it should become a requirement that if mods lock a thread, that they state in a post why it is being locked.

Preparing for the lock in 5.... 4.... 3....

Someone noticed that every time Bobdu started a thread in the last few years, ricwhite posted a response. But he never responded to any other threads.
