I guess I don't see what's wrong with that ad. No different than "Science Fiction Films" or "Romantic Comedies."

If that ad isn't safe for your workplace, you've got to ask yourself if the place you work is really sane.

There's NOTHING obscene or silatious about promoting films with Gay and/or Lesbian themes. So I'd be surprised if somehow someone at a workplace took offense at that banner.
