PAYPAL Fee

Occasionally, someone selling in the DVD Exchange Forum will add PAYPAL's fees to the selling price, such as this person in this thread has done. This is against PAYPAL and most credit card company rules, but I cannot find mention of this restriction in the Exchange Forum Guidelines.

Are sellers allowed to add PAYPAL fees or not?

I imagine most sellers will figure that fee into their price ..I have noticed some people won't take credit card payments or whatever if it's going to cost them, but as far as that seller, he has since changed his post..I don't want to say "break paypals rules" but unless caught, usually people will do whatever until such a point..I don't think too many people here on the forum do such a thing, but I don't think the exchange guidelines allow, or disallow it...could be something that could be discussed though..
