OK, I found where the "show printable version" button is.
My question is for long threads, after clicking Show Printable Version, there's an option to "Show 40 posts from this thread on one page".
Is 40 the default value? I couldn't find find a way to increase it in the User CP.
Also, didn't there used to be an option under printable version to show ALL posts on one page? (tho I could be thinking of other web site forums)
