I felt the same way going from Windows 98 to XP. I managed to get over it.

Dinosaurs couldn't get used to big changes, either.

Since when has DVDTalk been a democracy?

As Wizdar says, the hardest thing is getting used to it. I never liked Windows XP either when it first came out, but I've gotten over it.

This is obviously a change that Geoff has thought long and hard about - and one that's good for both him, the forum and the people who use (and moderate) it. As such, there is probably no real reason for him to go back to the old software.
