Add option to view subsequent pages at TOP of page

Right now, if there is more than one page in a discussion FORUM (not individual threads), something similar will appear at the bottom of the page:
Pages (6): [1] 2 3 » ... Last »
...where you can click on '2' to go the next page, or click on 'Last' to go to the last page. It would be nice if this feature was also at the TOP of each page. Sometimes I know I'll have to go several pages into a forum to find a previous post, and it's a hassle to scroll to the bottom of each page just to access the next page. I'm not talking about multi-page threads, I'm talking about FORUMS that have more than one page of threads. Thanks.
