Topic Alerts
I tried doing a search for this but I couldn’t find any info on it. Is there a topic alert function for this message board? For example I want to be alerted by email when someone post a deal on Starwars.
Thanks,

If all the Star Wars deal posts were sent red alert this place might crash.
Best deal is FYE at $35 after rebate. All others I've seen were $42 and up w/CompUSA at $39.99.
Otherwise you might find a used copy in a few years.

Star Wars was just an example, iam more interested in price mistake. I've missed the CC.com mistake on dvd box sets, I would have a better chance of getting in on the deal if i was alerted by email.

How about actually just browsing the forum every now and then. If you miss a deal then you are shit out of luck.
Take a look at the bargins forum every other day or so doesn't take long and it is a lot easier then having the forum software do everything for you.
Point is you have to put some work into it. Red flags or key terms will be a time waster since you really can't pin point one exact phrase without letting in a lot of spam come your way on subjects you aren't looking for.
