2. Raise Thumb.
3. Take picture of Thumb.

hit the little vB code link at the bottom when you hit reply.. it gives you the basics

a thumbnail is just a smaller version (or sometimes preview) of an image.. but there really isnt a way to do that with vbcode.. basically, if you want to post a thumbnail of an image.. you just create one yourself, upload it to a server, and post that thumbnail image to the thread.

Not sure what purpose you want to use them for but if you are asking about how to post a thumbnail image that links to the full size image on the forums try http://www.imageshack.us/.

Just upload your photo and link the the thumbnail image it will create for you.
