Can I change my user name
Yeah, I know -- you're not supposed to change your user name after you've got more than 1000 posts. Be that as it may, I'm a little tired of having my full name be my user name. I'd like to just be JasonF, if that's OK. I'd be happy to add something to my sig for a reaosnable transition period ("The poster formerly known as JasonFliegel," or something similar) so people know I'm the same guy I used to be.
Mods, do your thing (please)!

While you're at it mods, feel like changing Mopower's name to Stig Skaar? He expressed his extreme fondness for the name in this thread:

Mopower also apparently agrees with the name change motion set forth by talemyn.

While we are at it - can we change the "hist" in my username to "Baracus"? It's much more fitting. I'm just like Mr. T's character, but white - w/ the same bad attitude.
Or just shorten it to "B.A.".
Or just shorten it to "B.A.".

He asks for a name change in my name change thread and gets it, while meanwhile, I get to be DickTrickle for a day and then go back to my original name? Who do I have to <s>fu</s>bribe around here to get a name change?

Jason - email Randy through the forum and I am sure he would shorten your name (it's not as if it is a complete name change). It doesn't look like there is a JasonF on the member list, so I doubt he would have a problem w/ that.

I emailed Randy last night and asked him to shorten it to just "B.A." and he did. I didn't think anyone saw this thread, but now I arrive at work and the "Baracus" has been added, too.
