Shouldn't Quick Response Still Work When You're Not Logged In?

When you're not logged in to DVDTalk, you get this handy little set of boxes at the bottom of every thread for a Quick Reponse. You type in a post, fill in your user name and password, and presto! It doesn't work.

When you do log on (and assuming you accept cookies), then it doesn't actually complete the post -- it just says "no thread found" and makes you go from the very beginning again.

I've seen this feature work on other forums, so I don't think it's a vBulliten bug, right? So what's up?

Quick Reply doesn't work quite right. Neither does Search.

Well, I have heard many times that vBulliten's search feature is sukeke. But is the Quick Reply feature also a bug?

By this point, you'd figure there'd at least be a hack for this...

You expect mojo to be able to search? The guy can't even log in correctly...

I was wondering this too but thought it was a glaring error and would have been fixed if it could have.

Ouch. You got me there, Dan. Plus, I have yet to figure out this whole AIM thing...
