Its about 2-3 minutes slow again. Geoff: You probably don't want to be an NTP time server, but you ought to look at SNTP or NISTime or something like that to set it 1-2 times per day and lock it to atomic clock in Boulder.
As to the one hour, the system seems to use "fake GMT." Real GMT (properly UTC) does not advance in the summertime, everybody changes their offset to GMT. "GMT" as observed here does seem to advance in the summer, so US timezones maintain their fixed (five hours for Eastern) offset to the clock. For people who really want GMT, live in the southern hemisphere, don't go on daylight time or do so on a non-US schedule, it is off by an hour. For Americans on DST, it is correct (to nearest hour).

Well, I'm not in the US. The time here supposed to be GMT +7, but the site clock appears to be GMT +8.

See my remarks above on "fake GMT." The system clock actually observes DST using North American rules (first Sunday of April, last Sunday of October). If you don't observe DST, you'd have to change your GMT offset in your "profile" twice a year.

OK I think it's all taken care of, and I've installed a script to try to keep it up to date.
