Help Guys!!
I am a new member at this site. I sent a personal check for a purchase of a DVD for $26. I sent the check a month ago and still have not received the DVD yet. At first he kept on telling me he moved and he sent out the DVD thru Media Mail so I should wait for a while, and now I emailed him 4 times and no response. What should I do? Should I report this thru this site or contact my bank. Thanks.

Why Can't I Start My Own Thread????
HELP ME!
My question has nothing to do with this guy's problem, so sorry for stealing your post.
For some reason I cannot start new threads!!! I don't know what the deal is. There is no button for starting a new post anywhere on my page. The only thing I can do is 'Quick Reply' (which is how I'm writing this) when I open a thread. I cannot figure out this problem. I've tried it on IE and Netscape and they both have no buttons for me to start my own thread. I'm dying. I read the FAQ (and I'm NOT a new user) and I still cannot figure this out.
"STARTING A NEW THREAD
Just above the list of threads in any forum area is a post new thread button:
Click that button to start a new thread in that forum area.
This graphic also appears at the top of any thread (like this one!)"
Yeah, not for me!!!! HELP HELP HELP!
Thanks.
