Is it time for a "Sticky" DVR Thread in the TV forum?
tivo discussions and the like are taking over threads even in Other:

It seems there would be a benefit to an FAQ thread. It will take some time and maintenance to do right, like the Vegas thread, only better! But it should be inclusive of all DVR units, not just tivos. Cable Company PVRs and Replays are also to play a part.
Someone with more spare time than sense would have to control it (and when future generations need to be created). I have a feeling it will grow faster than the Vegas threads.
Your thoughts?

I've thought about putting one together a few times, but I just don't have the time. Plus, all the information is out there 10-fold; people are just too lazy to search.

I was thinking of starting a Tivo upgrade thread, but I guess I better do my homework instead, lest I become one of those "people" das is talking about.
But, after doing a little looking around, it seems like an "Ask Y2K" thread would be in order.
