Email Notification change....

Any chance the Email Notification setting when set to YES could be made so it only applies to thread you START? I always want to get an email note when someone replies to a thread I started, but not necessarily when I jsut reply to someone else's thread.

I use other forums where this is how it works and just thought I'd pass along a suggestion.

I don't think that is a standard feature in Vbulletin, but perhaps it could be a hack.

It would seem far easier to turn off email notification as a default and then subscribe to the occasional thread you start, IMO.

That's exactly what I did to get around it, but it'd be neat to have the options be:

Yes (all threads I post in)
Yes (only threads I start)
No

Yes (only threads where my name is mentioned)
(You could call it the paranoid option.)
