How'd I miss this new smilie, and more importantly, what the hell does it mean?

afaik, the smilies has been around when I registered.

Really? Maybe I just never noticed it since it takes forever to do its little thing, so it mostly looks like a normal happy face. Also, I've never once seen it used in a thread. Is this the red-headed stepchild of the smilie family?

I'm positive. And people rarely uses the smilies.

In that case, I nominate that Thor's Simlie be retired and replaced by the cool Yawny smilie as discovered by Preacher:
