Why was my thread locked here?

I guess it's a repeat of a thread in the main forum, but since it's about a REVIEW, wouldn't my thread in the REVIEW forum be the appropriate location?

Looking at the time stamps, it seems that the other thread was posted in the wrong forum but at an earlier time than yours. They closed your thread and moved the earlier one to the correct forum. That seems right to me.
