Aww man! America bashing thread in Otter...
There was a cool thread where somebody questioned how free Americans really were. Well, that wasn't so cool, but what was cool was a bunch of members were actually defending America, including myself of course 
, and some good points were being made. Then all of a sudden it was "POOF" gone. 
I could understand locking it, but to just delete it like it never happened? Bummer.

Not deleted. It was a troll thread started by a former Banned Member (no, the name gSwineman wasn't a <i>total</i> tip-off), and it was dealt with as such. Really, that thread was going nowhere.

I was up that late, and I can say with absolute certainty that the thread was thriving one minute, and gone the next. Then just as fast as it disappeared, it was back. It was a crazy ride.
