I thought about that. But someone might be in the 0-20 category a very long time (some two year folks have less than 20 posts)

although the word "new" is there, it doesn't necessary imply length of time, but more the actual number of posts.

Member - 50

Freshman Member - 0
Sophomore Member - 50
Junior Member - 100
Senior Member - 250 etc

What makes someone a "Cool New Member"

Nothing against them, but I've met some of these guys, and they're not all cool.

How about a new title for 500 posts? Seems a long way between 250 and 1000. I'll be 80 before I make Special member. Semi-special member? Almost Special? Cool Senior member?

I have over 11,000 posts.

I hadn't paid any attention to my title or post count in a long time. Probably since the PC got moved to the profile as I never cared one way or the other.

I remember when I joined and thought I'd never get to 1,000. 11,000 is still small change compared to some, but damn I never thought I'd get near that. Guess posting in a few threads on weekdays from work adds up over 4 1/2 years.
