"View all subscribed threads" problem...??

Ok.

So...last nite after watching Die Another Day, I click to go to my control panel.

After reading the new posts on my subscribed threads, I click "mark all forums read".
Then I go back to and click on "Subscribed Threads".

In the past when i've done this i'd see all the threads i've posted on or the threads i've subscribed to [who'da thunk it?].

EXCEPT...now when I do it, I get nada.

Zip.

In fact, now it says "There have been no new posts in the last 30 days to your subscribed threads.".

So then I click on "View All Subscribed Threads". The same thing happens.

Now, I thought I might've hit the "Unsubscribe From All Threads" by accident, but i'm still receiving email notifications when someone posts on my subscribed threads.

Is it me? What am I doing wrong?

Ok.

Maybe it's because i'm on my last nerve right now, but why hasn't anyone addressed this problem i'm having???

I think i've explained it as clear as it needs be and if there's one aspect that's NOT being understood, all that needs to be done is to ask for clarification.

Perhaps I should've titled it "SO....View all subscribed threads" problem...??" ?

Or maybe made a reference to porn? Would that get this problem [which apparently only affects ME] explained?

Sorry that no one got to this problem 'til now. I would've helped earlier, except I have no idea what could be wrong. I just tried subscribing to a thread, and it worked... showed up in my user cp and everything. So the function isn't disabled.

That's about as useful as I can be with this issue... sorry!

Alright. I'm calm now.

Static, the problem isn't subscribing to threads...it's when I try to View All Subscribed Threads. Like my initial post says...I have no problem posting on, subscribing to, & receiving updates to threads. It's when I try to view the threads i'm subscribed to.

Try following the steps on my first post and tell me if that works...

So I did exactly what you said and none of the subscribed threads show after selecting 'Mark all Forums Read'. This could be a result of the upgrade to our forum to the latest rev... not sure.

But I actually think it's a 'bug fix'. When someone replies to one of your subscribed threads it will show up again. So it's only showing subscribed threads with new replies.

Sorry we didn't get to you sooner. We do what we can.

a question.

If I were to subsribe to other forum would that mean that I would get an email for every single thread that gets a reply?
I would test that but it seems like alot of junk mail.

An answer.

No. The only way you can get mail about replies is when you click the box for Email Notification in the Options area right before you Submit Reply.
