DVD Talk Statuses

I read somewhere that after reaching 150 posts, that your status changes from Member to Senior Member - - I am assuming that this isn't automatic since mine hasn't changed? Do you have to ask a moderator to change it? And why do some people have odd Statuses? I even saw a RIP?!

Not to worry. I have a potion that'll cure that.

The list of titles and the post level needed to reach each one is in the newcomer FAQ in the main DVDTalk forum, as well as the FAQ in this forum.

The odd status stuff just seems to happen sometimes...possibly a forum glitch.

Oh sure, then you wake up the next morning with nothing but bad memories and a sore rear-end for your trouble. Not this time, Mister!

I think we should be able to pay for them. Like 2 bucks a month or something.

He might not know how to get "senior member" status. But I guess he now knows how to get "suspended" status.
