Is it against forum rules for me to put a link to my eBay page in my sig?

No reason to pimp your own stuff. if you really want to sell off things and have this site as a target, try the trade/exchange forum. I'm sure you can do a little bit of promotion by offering your stuff on here

(note, not suggested to use ebay auction links)
