better utilizing the 'search this forum' box

i think the 'search this forum' box at the bottom of each page is a great idea, i just think maybe people forget it's there. how about moving it up and placing it right above the 'post new thread' button? maybe that way people would remember to search before they post.

You're not the first one to suggest this... I didn't even realized it existed until it was pointed out to me. It really is well hidden. There seems to be some dead space above the control panel buttons (user cp, register, etc), I think it'd go nicely there.

so i see now that there's a forum search option up where price search used to be, except that it doesn't seem to be working very well. i can't seem to get relevant results for most of my searches.
