Probably not a good idea to test in this forum, I have a feeling a talking down is coming soon from a Mod/Admin. Welcome to DVDTalk by the way.

Oh yeah. But is it a test if it's never seen?

Ah, that's the eternal question... if someone test posts on the forum and no one's there to see it, does it really work?

Ok you two,

Closing pad thread...

(Oh wait. I can't do that. )

Well I would much rather him have his test here then on the main page. some forums have a sort of "test' forum. though a feedback part of it is a good place as any.

To turn serious for a second, this is the correct forum for people to make test posts.

Alright, enough of that... back to screwing around!

Why make a test post? When someone has something to say, that can be the test.

I guess it depends on what the person is really testing.

If he was testing his theory about how to get a bunch of mods/admins into a meaningless banter-fest, then it worked!!

Tests are fine in Feedback, but as you see the mods/admins REALLY do read this forum so I tend to move tests into Other... at least sometimes
