User mix-up

I just clicked on "user cp," and it brought up <a href=http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&userid=42157>gabeon</a>'s profile. Any idea what could have caused that?

Does it happen every time or just the one time?

Bizarre.

You worked fine when I clicked.

Append your userid on the end (21239) and it works fine. To get him, append his userid (42157).

I think he's talking about the user cp button in the upper right corner of the screen, not the profile links.

What I'm thinking happenned is that there was a glitch in his browser and when he clicked on the user cp button it "thought" he was clicking on gabeon's profile link. But if gabeon hadn't posted on the page where this happenned, then it was either a glitch or there's something wrong with the database.

When I click on user cp, I get my control panel, so if there is a problem, it's possibly just with Aghama's record. But I think it was just a one time thing.

Err, I'm sorry, I mistyped. It brought up gabeon's control panel. It looked like I could change his signature and all that, but I didn't try. I ended up refreshing my browser and it went to my own panel.

There have been all sorts of problems the past couple months where I have to refresh pages multiple times to get an updated version of the board, but I assumed that was some sort of issue with my computer interfacing with the proxy. Unless gabeon happens to work for my company in a Texas location, I don't know how our proxy could be the issue.
