2 separate reg's from the same computer?

Is it possible to post under 2 separate usernames from the same computer. I tried setting up a 2nd registration and it gave me a message (based on a cookie) that it recognized me as being "thgord". I wish to be able to post with a more anonymous cover, and don't want to put in a request for a "change" in username.

Forgive me if this has been covered in a prior thread (I did check out the FAQ and didn't see it)

you can't have more than one screen name. that's a rule. you can petition to change it, though. There is a way to make it so it doesn't automatically recognize you as your screen name, but I don't want to facilitate the possibilitiy of you using more than one screen name.

That doesn't seem right. What if you have two separate people in the same household that wish to post on the same computer? Is that not allowed or within this board's functionality?

Go to the main forum page and click at the bottom where it says Logout, then have the other person log in.

Note, as Deftones mentioned, it is against forum rules to use more than one identity.

also, you can hit post reply, and at the top it'll say:

just hit the logout, and you're set to go.
