I want to thank Geoff for getting Paramount to inquire about consumer interest in the movies' Mr. Blythe listed as under consideration for special edition treatment.

In hopes of securing more interaction of this sort, I'd like to suggest that the thread be both closely monitored and subject to more strict standards of conduct. Posts like

--and that is the entirety of the post--aren't helpful. And there are quite a few of them in that thread. Not only do these decrease the signal to noise ratio, but they are awfully annoying to me, if not aso Mr. Blythe. I mean, there's a lot I could take the time to ask him, but it's not germane to the thread he made. And responses of the sort "Where's Indy? These movies you list are sh*t." are threadcraps, plain and simple.

I'm kind of curious why this hasn't been addressed, and why there hasn't been any moderator involvement in that thread. At this point almost every other post is a "request" for other Paramount titles.

Actually, I have been reading the thread since it's inception, and I didn't see anyone saying that the list of titles is "sh*t". I have seen one or two comments about not being interested in the titles, and while I haven't checked it yet today, the last 10-15 posts have had a larger than usual percentage of "please release this title too," I'm not entirely certain there's too much we can do about that.

I'll go split out the off topic comments, but some of these people are probably just posting their wish list and not even reading the thread, so it's going to keep happenning. I also think that Mr. Blythe probably expects some of these types of posts and just concentrates on replies to his questions.

It's going to take a bit of time to sift through all those posts, so give me a little time to get to it all.
