My friend can't log in. Says: Wrong Password.

My friend can't log in. Says: Wrong Password.

When she gets to the main page and puts in her user name and password, it says that she has the wrong password even though she is typing in the correct one. Her user name is Cowgirly. Any way this can be resolved? Thanks in advance!

I would try and help but Cows (see my username ) don't seem to have the power to help out the herd around here
