Is it okay to ask about...?

Quick bit of advice... Is it okay to ask if anyone wants to purchase Star Wars Trilogy bootlegs in the International section? It makes a point of saying "Hong Kong DVD's" in the description of the section. I took a look in the FAQ and didn't see anything about this. Heck, I could be violating forum rules by posting this, even here. I don't know. You can reply to me privately if it's against forum rules to discuss such things here. Thanks!

You would have probably been better off posting this in the feedback forum (I guess?)

Anyways, I believe that bootlegs are frowned upon here.

I know the mods have allowed discussion of the content of these bootlegs in the past, but I'm pretty sure that they don't allow any discussion of where to obtain them.

Bootlegs are illegal and we don't allow members to post information on how to obtain them. This would include saying you have copies (or access to them) and asking if anyone wants them.

We try to discourage discussion of bootlegs because it just leads to people asking where they can get them.

We have allowed reviews of the bootleg Star Wars DVDs before, but under the condition that no one post links or instructions on how to get them.

Hope that answers your question.

are they VCDs?
they might not be bootlegs, I got the special edition from someplace in Asia (didn't know it was an asian company I was ordering from, maybe they just ship from asia) and I'm pretty sure they're legit
