I'm seeing more and more threads on cameras digital and film, would it be worth opening a forum area for them?

OH and with all the half/ebay and other users it can be DVD related in that they cna use itto take pics for auctions or to show their setup etc.

While there are alot of threads about cameras, I don't think there are enough to justify creating a whole thread for photography. The questions asked fit fine in Other or Hot Deals, depending on the question.

Course, I never thought there were enough book threads to justify opening a book forum, so ya never know...

True a camera forum might run the risk of being as popular as the book forum. I tried a thread their recently and no ones read my book.

for what its worth.. I know quite a few people around here that lurk in the book forum, but never post..

my wife for instance.. she goes in there and reads the posts.. and looks for suggestions.. but she never posts any messages
some threads are popular in that forum and get alot of replies.. but even the ones that dont get any replies, alot of times are getting alot of action through views.
