Help!

I know that this subject has most likely been covered, BUT I can't seem to find anything through searchs, f.a.q., or anywhere else. So can anyone tell me how to make my website http://www.dvdprofiler.com/mycollect...?alias=dvdsrus into a word like My Collection, and they can click on it as a link. Let me know. It would be greatly appreciated.

First of all, this really belongs in the Forum Feedback and Suggestion Forum.

But to answer your question, you can follow the instructions in this link (<a href="http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/misc.php?s=&action=bbcode">vB code</a>) about URL hyperlinking, or just do the following:

[.url=http://www.mylinkhere.com]My text here[./url]

Just take out the periods in front of the two url codes and that's it.

There's another way to do this with html. If you use the reply with quotes icon on this post, you can see how I put in the link for the vB code information.

Hope that helps.

Mooving thread.

You mean like this??

<a href=http://www.dvdprofiler.com/mycollection.asp?alias=dvdsrus>Your Collection</a>

Click on "Quote" and look at the HTML to see how this is done...

Forgot to mention that you can't use html in your signature, so if it's for your sig, you have to use the url way.
