I'm getting weird emails that seem to be related to DVD Talk
It's happened twice now, with two emails each time. All four have come from ListManager.
The first two had the subject "Re: To provide a link to another." One of those two said, "Sorry, your message was not sent out to 'dvdsavant' because only list administrators are allowed to post messages," and the other said, "Sorry, your message was not sent out to 'dvdsavant' because it is too large. The maximum message size is 50k, and your message was 197k long."
The next two had the subject "Re: These images will jump start your imagination," and they included the same messages as the above two did except this time it said dvdtalk instead of dvdsavant.
I haven't written any emails to either dvdsavant or dvdtalk. Does anybody know what the hell is going on?

Mystery solved. I had a W32.Magistr@mm virus, a worm virus that obviously sent itself to dvdtalk and dvdsavant by finding their addresses in my deleted items folder. Yikes! This is a pretty nasty virus if not detected and cleaned early. I updated my virus protection, and it looks like I was able to get rid of it.
