Is the time that a message is posted wrong on this board?

The times that the messages are posted are 5 hours ahead of my computer time (which is correct). Consequently the icon showing whether I have read a message is not accurate. Anyone else having this problem?

Click on "user cp" at the top of the page. Under this user control panel, there is an "Edit Options" area. In this area, you can change the time so that it is correct for your time zone.

From: The edge of insanity
I'm not trying to be smug, but I think it may be something else. In the Talk forum, it said I posted something at 8:45p, when it is only 3:45p Eastern Time. And my time zone information seems to be correct.
