Things typically pick way up in September, and I wanted to make sure we had enough people here to help out and keep the DVD Talk forum in order.
Also in the past month there's been a rash of real negative postings and some members were getting turned off seeing threads hijacked by people saying that this movie sucked or that offer sucks.
My hope is that the freshman mod class will be able to pitch in and steer things back on course.

I too am glad to see the added help arrive.
Would of been a week or two ago when all the Kevin Smith bashing was in full force in a few forums but beter later than never.
Hope they all settle into their new "jobs" and enjoy the added responsibility. I wish em the best.
