the "hot folder" function ... not working?
 

At the bottom of the forums, I see:

( <img src="images/hotfolder.gif" border=0 alt="Hot Thread"> <font face="verdana,arial,helvetica" size="1"><b>More than 15 replies or 150 views</b></font> )

But I see neither <img src="images/newhotfolder.gif"> nor <img src="images/hotfolder.gif"> next to any of the threads even though many of them have more than 15 replies and/or 150 views.

Does anyone see them?
