Forum Search function flaw...
There seems to be a flaw in the way the search engine functions. By limiting the number of characters to a minmum of 3 many searches can't be done.
I tried searching for "The Way of the Gun" and "13 Days". In both cases I was unable to search since "of" and "13" won't be accepted as search criteria. I'm sure this would affect many other queries as well.
Am I doing something incorrectly? Is there a way to eliminate this problem with a "search for the exact phrase" option?

Doh! ClarkKentKY beat me to it!
I'm wondering if the index is only working on user names and the indexation of subjects/bodies is either not happening for newer posts or is delayed....

rangersfan,
I hope some of the comments about VB search in this forum are helpful. I appreciate the intent of the new search but it's still has its issues. The index is just huge for DVDTalk it would be nice if it didn't include some of the basic words like: it is and or for I ...
