I was thinking that this idea might bode well for dvdtalk.com. How about once a week a sticky survery running counts totals thread that depicts where people have bought their DVD's for the current week like survey. For example you'd list something like 10 stores and users would click the store(s) that they purchased an item.

Then on the fun side. Have a top five or ten list of DVD's that ar released that Tuesday that people have bought. This would be like a running total and you you could list your prefered vendor for that individual DVD to the right of the selection all of this of course garners their site traffic at which can be attributed to your site. I believe that people would like to see these 2 types of threads. I know I would.
