"Back" button losing its place

After I look at a thread, I use the "back" button to return to the forum.

The new software doesn't recall where I was on the forum page, but deposits me at either the top or the bottom of the page. This has never happened to me anywhere else.

Any other Netscape users having this problem?

Perhaps you just clicked a link to a direct post. You know with a #post12345 at the end of the address. PRessing the back button after that would take you back to the main page. Sounds like that could be it, if you have any idea what I'm talking about. I probably made no sense.
