search engine bug

When you changed the forum I think you got a bug in Search. For instance while in DVD BARGAINS I asked for a search on Keyword UNBREAKABLE and got only one return - a swap listing. However, on the second page of Bargains is a thread titled Unbreakable rebate. Try it.

We are in the process of re-indexing the search engine, so it'll be several hours before all the threads appear.

It wouldn't let me search for anything with less than 5 letters!!??!!

I was trying to find an old Salo thread!

Ok, are the indexes still wacky? I was doing a search on Tomb Raider for the newbie in the Theaters forum asking opinions on that fine piece of cinema, and set the search parameters to:
keyword - Tomb
User Name - (left blank)
Search all open forums
Search titles only
show results as threads
a month ago and newer
sort by last posting date in descending order

and only received on hit????

Is there something wrong with me, or something wrong with search still? (yes I know, a setup question)

When I got less than the number of expected "hits" my impression was that the search currently only looks in the thread subject rather than in the body of each article.

The earlier version of the software allowed one to switch between the two options.

Perhaps this will be re-enabled once the indexation has finished?

BTW: has it now finished?
