Vague thread titles

I was wondering if we might consider having a policy against thread titles like this:
http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/showthr...hreadid=122339
Especially when using a slow dial-up, having to click on and load threads such as this one just to find out what they are about can get a little annoying. At one point a couple fo weeks ago there four of these on page one in the main forum alone. It's kind of hard to pick and choose what threads to read if I don't know what they are about. This poster could have easily fit the title of the film in the thread title.
I am not all bent out of shape on this or anything and I know it represents yet more work for the mods but having the mods modify the thread title and post a friendly reminder in threads like this might help curb this a little.
Thoughts?

I prefer to respond with the first thing I think of when I see the vague title. Other people get going in the same direction and I think the originator learns a lesson.
Hmm, their title just reminded me of a big, fat, juicy cheeseburger that I've been wanting. I have a post to make...

I agree that vague thread titles are an annoyance. If a title in any of the forums I moderate needs to be edited, e-mail me about it and I'll take care of it.
BTW, thanks go out to Blade for editing that "Flight of the Navigator" thread title.

I know some people do this intentionally to get more people to check out their thread, but in reality they're only asking to get some negative replies along with the answers they are looking for.
