well, i remember when i came up with the idea of opening a computer gaming arcade with dvd rental and sales. i finally passed the cold feet anxiety and signed a lease on what is now home of the power station. i used http://www.dvdtalk.com alot in the following two years and am very appreciable to everyone who found deals and info. i have learned alot and i remember the days of .99 to 3.99 dvd new releases and deal stacking, etc. i quit my 8 yr. job to do this and have stuggled with the small business and in the two years of operation, i would have to say this forum gave me alot of reasons for keeping my store open.every time when things looked bleak, i would run into some awsome thread and the engine would rev up again. last year i supplemented my business revenue with deck building and that's fine, but during the winter months i missed a steady flow of money, so now i am starting a new job and my days of calling the shots are partially gone. when i brought home a dvdplayer, tosh 3109, i watched what dreams may come and was blown away by the format. i picked a movie out tonight, legend of bagger vance. not to inspire. a golf movie. a corny feel good movie, and i was drawn into the dialogue of bagger vance, blown away by the zooming of the course and concentration. i couldn't have picked a better movie. i will now go back on the punchcard and still have my businesses and all the great knowledge from all of you. thanks again.......

Who stole your shift key?

So are you closing the business and going to work for someone else full time or only working somewhere else to supplement your income?
Good Luck with the new job
