Why don't you start a new forum, "looking for a Deal"
lately the other forums ( store forum , bargains etc..have been clogged with requests for bargains on bla,bla,bla.

Not really needed. If someone posts they are looking fora bargain and you don't know any deals related to what they are asking for, or have no interest in the title just skip that thread. Most good bargains are posted in the bargains forum anyway. It is just up to the individual to figure out how to take advantage of coupons etc.
