At the very least, I took a good chunk out of Lion Voltron. I just finished disc 2 of the set. And since the new set is 10 episodes per disc, I hit 20, out of approximately 50 for season 1 of the Lion Force.

Last full day! I hope you've been enjoying the challenge this year and the extra couple of days.

I just finished the checklist a day or 2 ago. I still have one movie that I own but haven't watched that I've been planning to (Strange World, seen the movie, but not my copy of it) and just got one from the library, WolfWalkers, one of the Celtic trilogy. (Song of the Sea and The Song of the Kells are the other two.) I should be able to get both in before the end of the night.

I finished the checklist yesterday, 108 shorts/movies in all. I enjoyed it very much, at least until the end when I got a little burned out. I could have finished without the extra days but they did help a little with the burned out feeling at the end. Maybe we should consider always running through Labor day. I know that the timing was perfect with it being on the second but the general idea is sound, I think.

I can always put it to a vote next summer. I'll make a note of it so I don't forget.

I'm done for tonight, I think. Its getting late-ish. Finished with 185. The Digital Circus was a good find and I enjoyed The Deer King (2021). Look forward to next year. Thanks for hosting. Maybe next year I'll put forth a little extra effort and break 200.

Nice! That's pretty impressive. I'll likely end on 62.

Just popped in Strange World, which will be my last scheduled film for the challenge. I watched Wolfwalkers earlier today and really liked it. The animation was gorgeous and I really liked the story (though the moral was VERY obvious). It's been too long since I watched the first 2 of the trilogy, though other than the Celtic myth connection, they are stand alones. I do remember enjoying them both quite a bit though.

The challenge does end at dawn, though I personally won't be taking advantage of that. Everyone enjoy their last watches!

Happy to report that I did bear down and finish the season of Blue Eye Samurai yesterday. :)

Thanks for back-to-back hosting, LJG!

I've been off working on getting my movies ready for the Horror Challenge but I thought I would pop back in here and add my thanks for your hosting of this challenge and the Sci-Fi Challenge. I'm sure that it is a lot of work but you do a tremendous job on it. I love these two challenges and I am sure it is partly due to the work you do on them (the movies are great fun also). Take a break and get recharged for next year! I am looking forward to it.
