Who's Harry Crumb DVD question

In this thread: dvd-talk/422165-columbia-fullscreen-dvd-re-issues

It was claimed that the dvd of Who's Harry Crumb was originally issued with both the FS and WS formats. Has anyone ever seen this version or owned it? I periodically look for it on Ebay, and have never come across this version.

That user started the thread, but did not compile the list that mentioned Who's Harry Crumb, the user that did, hasn't been active since 2012 unfortunately.

The version I have is widescreen-only which I think was the only version available, first released in 2000.

Me too, but the list included in that thread, stated the disc had both ARs at first, and then was reissued with OAR only, and without a new UPC. I remember a similar thing happening to the dvd of Sheena, except that disc reversed and got rid of the OAR/IAR and kept the open matte AR.

Columbia/Tri-Star was rather odd that way. They released a lot of films in 1998/1999 in the full screen/widescreen DVD-10 format (double-sided/single layer) only to reissue many of them in full screen only such as About Last Night, Body Double, The Deep, Revenge, Peggy Sue Got Married, Frankenstein (1994), The Toy, Mortal Thoughts etc. Some were re-released as widescreen only like Soldier's Story, Quick and the Dead etc.

I like collecting those discs, that's why I am asking about Harry Crumb. But I think it may have been mistakenly put on that list, because I've never seen that version available, nor have I found evidence of its existence, other than on this forum.

But that's why I started this thread and why I frequently search for it on Ebay.
