Useless and pointless information from DVD commentary tracks
Ive been watching Back to the Future all day earlier today with the two Bobs commentary track on and jeez they just had to point out some odd and useless information about Marty's pockets being in and out during one scene and then they had to bring up something that a Japanese person brought up about the torn up letter concerning Doc's future.
Im like, really? Who cares if a shirt's pockets were half in or half out during one scene or that some words were in the wrong spot of a patched up torn letter?

Filmmakers seem to love pointing out continuity errors in their movies. Having sat through a lot of tedious commentaries for reviewing purposes, it's one of the most common topics. Especially in group commentaries.

The commentary for Gator Bait taught me the right way to tie up a bag of snakes.

I actually bought “Why Do Fools Fall in Love” when I heard it had a commentary track, because there’s a very obvious boom mike reflection in that and I wanted to hear what they’d say about it. They ended up talking about something else during that scene and the mistake wasn’t even acknowledged.
