Assume that all of these are available to all customers unless specifically listed as member only like the Welcome Package. Also remember that any preliminary codes are just that and BN could pull it, change the details or exclusions anything prior to release so always a bit of YMMV until the final release date
Mini FAQ
Coupons should not work for PREORDERS , Nook, Legos, Rosetta Stone, Digital, Gift Cards, Memberships, etc. There are glitches where sometimes an excluded item will be allowed but assume that is the exception to the rule
Free Shipping is $25 (before tax/shipping) or with membership.
Max 3 GC on a single online order.
Online only a single code can be applied to an order
Return period is 14 days after delivery (possibly 30 days for members though I've never tried)
Online ordered items can returned to a local store unless it's classified as a web-only item then it's at the store's discretion to accept
The long standing Free 60 day Trial Offer was discontinued in late May 2016
STORE ONLY 15% OFF Coupons -- Unknown if multi-use or if will work on 40% Off Items
15% OFF Single Item Exp 12/31/2017 (I)
15% OFF Single Item Exp 12/31/2017 (II)
15% OFF Single Item Exp ?? (III)
15% Single Item exp 11/6 2:59am ET -- if these are all used I can post some more.
New codes added below at least to make the bots and lurkers work a little harder. Used codes removed 3:30pm. New Codes added
Some possible upcoming codes
STACKED
YESANDYES
DAYMAKER
TAKEFIVE
"New Member" Welcome Coupons
Welcome coupons may be dead -- or at least the type that have been available for nearly a decade. The latest set now have what appears to be single use codes so these probably no longer will be generic/multiple use style.

8th challenge and 8th year reaching 100 or more
Theme nights complete
checklist minimums complete.
I will have a few reviews that will continue to roll in after the deadline but my list is complete for all stat calculations and considerations. Additional stats and challenge rewards upcoming too, just about the time that everyone stops checking this thread.

My list is completed.
I finished with a paltry 12 movies. And, after all this time talking about Ghostwatch, I wasn't even able to watch or join the discussion on it! Oh well, hoping for a better showing next year. In any case, still had a great time following the discussion (or, catching up on it!).

So today was the proposed deadline for list completion in order to qualify for all the prize categories. It looks like it'll probably be around Thursday (11/9) until I get everything done. In other words, I'll continue taking the list stats right up until the winner announcements are posted.

Chad, not sure if this throws you off but I'd like my name removed from all remaining prize drawings since I did already win a Hamilton Book prize pack. I just want to make sure there's plenty opportunity for the rest of the community, as I'm more than content with my winnings! (thanks again Hamilton Book!)

Spoiler:
EDIT: Oh, wait, was that in reference to me making Chad "throw in" the towel? I'm a little slow this morning.........
Also I did find an old thread where the consensus was no-one cared how many prize categories you won, so just whatever makes the process easiest.

You could always keep yourself in all the prize categories, and, if you win, donate it to your favorite Trevor.

Ha, yes it has been. I actually finished 2 since I last posted. Boys in the Trees, and The Black Room. I liked the Boys in the Trees enough, but I easily could have hated it on an attention deficit day. I didn't hate The Black Room, but the husband really grated every nerve in my body. I don't think I've ever seen him in anything, while Lin Shaye was represented heavily on my list this year. I've started something about a zombie apocalypse, but the title escapes me. Actually it may have nothing to do with zombies, as the plot development is taking its time to get there.

Since Oct 31, I've finished Season 6 of American Horror Story, re-watched one episode of Stranger Things Season 1 (which my daughter wanted to start watching with me, then proceeded to never feel like watching... so I'm moving on to Season 2 solo), and I'm going to see John Carpenter tonight at the Aragon in Chicago.

I apologize in advance to whoever wins the Hammer Horror set from me but you're also getting my dvd copy of The Gallows because I can't stand looking at that piece of crap anymore. So if you open your mailbox and get a whiff of something nasty that's what it is.

Congrats everybody, and thanks! Year 13 was definitely a special one. I'm hoping there will be a results thread this year as well, I always look forward to those.
