Re: Last DVD you watched?
Last night, my wife and I watched Pee-Wee's Big Adventure, for the first time in ages. I was surprised at how well it's held up over the years. I remembered several of the set piece gags, but the pace was so fast that it didn't feel like it was just a continuous string of jokes.

Just watched Hollywoodland, the fictionalized account of the investigation into George Reeves's death. I felt it went on a bit too long, given that the film doesn't actually answer any of the questions that have remained all these years. Still, I think Affleck turned in a decent performance as the actor whose ambitions exceeded his resume.

Watchmen (Ultimate cut)... an interesting experience to see a movie that in most ways adheres very closely to the graphic novel, yet makes an overwhelmingly persuasive case against doing so.

The Big Hit. It's not a great (or even good) movie by any means, but I've always enjoyed it.
Wonderland. Awesome movie. One of Val Kilmer's best performances, IMO.
