Piranha (Roger Cormans Cult Classics)

I'm waiting for Humonoids from the Deep, Forbidden World, Galaxy of Terror, and Death Race 2000 to arrive from Amazon. I'm really loving Shout Factory right now. :)

For the Animation Challenge, we watched Flushed Away, which I'd not previously seen. I thought the animation was great, the story was likable (though predictable) and while the humor was a bit too pun-heavy for my taste, it moved at a great pace. Really liked this one.

Followed that up with the second G.I. Joe mini-series, "The Revenge of Cobra," which I thought held up fairly well. Then, I delved into the bonus features section of Undercover Brother for a collection of the original flash animated web series. Fun stuff.

The Lord of the Rings - The Return of the King - Extended Edition

Over 11.5 hours of absolutely amazing entertainment! When you watch these films consecutively its just astounding at what Peter Jackson, his actors, and crew put together! IMO the best trilogy ever commited to celluloid! Great Day-:)

When it wasn't dragging or being confusing, this film was fun. Love Agent Sands.

Late last night, my wife and I (finally) watched the Bob Saget stand-up special, That Ain't Right. It had its moments, but I found it far less entertaining than its hype. It was like watching a drunk guy at a party who just couldn't shut up...and that no one else wanted to deal with the hassle of trying to shut up.

For the first time in probably more than a year, I watch the first Superman movie with Christopher Reeve. I had forgotten how good it was. It's an almost perfect example of how good a comic movie can be when the director, cast, and crew know what they're doing. You hear me, Brett Ratner ?
