never could have imagined how much i would enjoy and laugh my ass off after thinking i did not like this movie all too much when i first saw it. just an incredibly well done gem that everyone knew about except me. the last image on Candy really got to me as does the last shot of "Uncle Buck". by far, my two favorite Candy comedies and comedies of all-time.

White Dog - Doesn't seem quite so controversial today. I thought this was a good film, but there were many scenes where I questioned character motivations, and others that just seemed too convenient. Great score from Morricone.

I Am Waiting - I enjoyed the movie but it is definitely not a "noir". I know it's not suppose to be, it's more of a Japanese-riff on the downbeat pugilist tale. But the ending is way too upbeat & the only girl in the movie is a meek woman who is utterly helpless.

Bones S1 Disc 1 - Picked up S1 and S2 at Target and I'm really enjoying this series. Much much better than CSI

13 Frightened Girls - Silly but a lot of fun. What a good Castle movie should be. The asian girl in it annoyed the shit out of me though.
