I went nuts when I randomly saw this on Best Buy's website. Horror & Slasher fans know how much the films sell for on Ebay.

This movie was nothing special, but glad I finally checked it out. Interesting to note it outgrossed A Nightmare on Elm Street in both their opening weekends, but this got pulled from theatres two weeks later.

I wish the theatrical cut of the first movie would be issued. It would also be fun to see the TV spots that scarred many kids for life.

I finally saw a copy today and bought it. Watched the first movie tonight and enjoyed it.

If you've seen the first movie you've seen 75% of the second as well.

Heh, you weren't kidding. Just watched it. The first 39 minutes consists almost entirely of scenes from the first film. I ended up having to fast forward through it.

The last 40 minutes are entertaining/amusing but I was somewhat aggravated by the time I got to it.

The 2nd movie is one of the worst excuses for a movie I've ever seen. But it's still funny.

The second one was one of the worst movies I've seen, ever. Can't believe they made three sequels to it. No chance they could be worse, right?

If they don't have the unintentional humor of the 2nd, they could be really tough to sit through. Still, if I saw a collection of them going for $5 I'd probably check them out. Same goes for the 2012 remake.

Part 3 is pretty bad, 4 is total garbage, 5 is okay in a so bad its good kind of way. 2 is miles ahead of 3-5.

Thank you! As I mentioned before, Horror & Exploitation DVDs go OOP pretty fast and command way too much in the secondary market.

I'm always excited when re-releases get folks who want the film, in their hands for a great price.
