In The Heat Of The Night -TV Series
I didn't know this, but, Season 1 of this series is available on amazon.com (this just came out on Aug 30th). And, they have just listed a best of set called the "24 Hour Marathon Collection" which releases Oct 13th. It is distributed by TGG Direct. I've never heard of them until today. I saw a thread about them, but I thought that Heat desered it's own thread.
Both of these titles are relative low priced at $11.95 for the short S1 (only the piolet telefilm plus 6 regular episodes) and $29.96 for the 8 disc best of.
Not interested in the best of set, but i ordered S1 and hope they get the rest of this out.

Not to burst your bubble, but I found Season 1 in the Walmart $5 Dump Bin about two weeks ago (it was in the Cardboard Bin and not the normal bin). Same artwork from the Amazon Link you provided.

I noticed TGG Direct is also doing The Young Riders, but it looks like just another re-release of season one in a more ugly package. Fucking ridiculous. This was a quality show, and we haven't seen a new season since 2006. I don't need season one again.
